Valdes Painting Plus Exteriors is a family-run, S-Corp registered painting and exterior company based on J Street in South Omaha. Over 20+ years we have worked on nearly every kind of property this metro has — century homes in Dundee and Council Bluffs, mid-century ranches in Ralston and Bellevue, and new construction out in Elkhorn and Gretna.
What we have learned in that time is simple: the finish coat gets the credit, but the preparation does the work. Washing off chalk and mildew, scraping and feathering failing paint, replacing soft fascia boards, sealing the joints where water actually gets in — that is what separates a job that still looks right in year ten from one that peels in year two.
We work with premium Sherwin-Williams products, quote in writing, and tell you the truth about what your property needs. If a repair matters more than a repaint, we will say so. If replacing cabinets is a better use of your budget than refinishing them, we will say that too.
